Abstract
This study focuses on issues regarding facilities at Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital and the quality of services available at Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital. with the aim to test the extent of the role of facilities and service quality can improve patient satisfaction at Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital. The research method used is quantitative research by looking for causal associative relationships. with a population of 257 patients. The formula used to determine the number of samples is the Slovin formula, with an error rate of 0.05 or 5% with a total of 156 samples. Data collection through a questionnaire was carried out at Embung Fatimah District Hospital with the help of the SPSS Version 25 calculation program. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the effect of facilities and service quality was 37.7% on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that the facility partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so the quality of service partially has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction and simultaneously the facility and service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction.
