Abstract
Business competition that occurs in the current era is increasingly competitive, not least for fast food companies, so the authors conduct research to determine the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on buyer interest in Wendy's. this research was conducted at Wendy's Megamall Batam. The population in this study is consumers who shop at Wendy's Megamall Batam in 2019 is expected to be a conclusion of the characteristics, especially in the last 6 months of July to December as many as 2072 people. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people with a sampling technique that was taken using a probability sampling technique with a random sampling method, the population who collected data using primary and secondary sources through interviews, by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. which measures 26 statements. This analysis uses a multiple linear regression test in which data is processed by SPSS 25. The test results that show promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on buyer interest in Wendy's. Partial t test results, it is known that the quality of service partially influences consumer consumer interest in Wendy's with a significant 0,000 <0.05
