Abstract

Thisstudyaimstoexaminetheeffectofproductionqualityonemployeeperformanceandemployeediscipline at PT Siix Electronics Indonesia. The number of respondents used in this study was 180 respondents. All respondentsareemployeesatPTSiixElectronicIndonesia.Datafromthequestionnaireswerethenanalyzed usingPartialLeastSquaretechniquewiththehelpoftheSmartplsprogram. Based ontheanalyticalresultsinthisstudy, itwas oundthatthequalityofproductionhadapositiveand significanteffectontheperformanceofemployees, thisshowsthatthebetterthequalityofthecompany's production,thebettertheperformanceofemployees.Theresultsofthesecondanalysisshowedthatthequality ofproductionwasalsoinfluentialonemployeediscipline.Improvedcompanyproductsencourageemployeesto workmoredisciplined
